The website
The site describes passenger transport that can be requested from Doncaster. It is operated for Doncaster Transport Services Ltd. Email: info@doncastertransport.co.uk. Bookings: 07572 490145.
Quotes are not bookings
A form, an email, or a call to 07572 490145 asks for a quotation or starts an enquiry. A journey is confirmed only when the company agrees it in writing. A price discussed in reply can be withdrawn before that confirmation. No fare table is published because journeys differ.
Driver enquiries
The driver form is not a job advertisement that offers work. It does not create a contract of employment or a self-employed engagement.
Vehicles
Vehicle imagery is illustrative. Vehicle type and availability may vary. Named manufacturers in photographs are illustrative. The company does not promise a particular make or model unless that has been agreed for a booking.
Accuracy
Service descriptions are written in good faith. Licence, check, insurance and contract details that a journey needs are confirmed in writing with that enquiry.
A completed booking
Once a journey is confirmed in writing, that confirmation sets out the arrangement. These website terms explain how to request a quote. They do not replace the written confirmation for a booking.
Law
These terms are intended to be read under the law of England and Wales.
