Who we are
Doncaster Transport Services Ltd, based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Email: info@doncastertransport.co.uk. Bookings: 07572 490145. Website: doncastertransport.co.uk.
What this site collects
If you send a quote, contact or driver form, we receive the details you type: name, email, telephone, journey or work information, and your confirmation that we may reply. The site does not ask for payment card numbers, licence photographs, or copies of identity documents.
Why it is used
The information is used to answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation, or consider a driver enquiry. You choose to send it so that we can respond.
How it is delivered
When email delivery is connected, the message is sent to info@doncastertransport.co.uk. If it is not connected, the form prepares an email for you to send yourself. The website does not keep a database of form submissions. A hidden field helps reduce automated spam. The server may temporarily count requests from a connection to limit abuse. That count is held in memory and is not a customer record.
How long it is kept
Emails about an enquiry are kept for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of what was agreed. The website itself does not store the form in a database.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It is not passed to advertisers. It may be shared with a supplier who sends the email, or later with a driver who needs the journey details, only as far as the enquiry requires.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held, ask for a correction, or object to continued use, by emailing info@doncastertransport.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
The site is built without analytics or advertising cookies. See the cookie policy.
